Dr. Whitaker earned her medical degree at Duke University School of Medicine. She completed an Otolaryngology (head and neck surgery) residency at Emory University and then an advanced fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Tulane University. She is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology, which includes a Facial Plastic Surgery specialty. She is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Kun Kim, M.D.
Dr. Kim earned both his undergraduate degree with high honors and medical degree at Emory University. He performed his internship and residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology, which includes a specialty in Facial Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Phillip H. Nakano, M.D., F.A.C.S. of Lifestyle Lift Atlanta

Dr. Phillip H. Nakano, M.D., F.A.C.S.
After earning his undergraduate degree at Duke University, Dr. Nakano earned his medical degree at Atlanta’s Emory University School of Medicine. He remained there for his General Surgery residency, and then completed Plastic Surgery training at the LSU Medical Center in New Orleans. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and has practiced Plastic Surgery in Duluth since 1992. He is also a member of the staff at Gwinnett Medical Center – Duluth, and Emory Johns Creek (Ga.) Hospital.
